Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
We will only accept returns and exchanges if the product is defective or if you receive a different product than the one you ordered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. As these are handmade products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference (color, design, etc.).
Please note that cancellations are not possible after payment has been completed.
