About returns, exchanges, and cancellations
We will only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or a product different from the one you ordered is delivered. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that as this is a handmade item, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (color, design, etc.).
Please also note that cancellations cannot be made after payment has been completed.
