After lightly washing it with your household neutral detergent and letting it dry, apply a thin layer of cooking oil (olive oil, perilla oil, linseed oil), etc. and let it dry to restore its shine.

If you notice chipping, scratches, or roughness, please sand it with fine-grit sandpaper.
